Rev. Tom Harris, Executive Director
![]() Rev. Tom Harris graduated from Washington Bible College (BA) in Lanham, MD, in 1977, and from
Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM) in 1983. Tom has served as Intentional Interim Pastor in nine churches over fifteen years. Tom is passionate and experienced in church health and revitalization. Previously, Tom served as an interim pastor and trainer with Titus Ministries and is a certified Natural Church Development (NCD) consultant. He is an international
associate trainer for John Maxwell's organization, EQUIP Inc. Under the auspices of EQUIP, Tom has trained pastors in Ukraine, Venezuela, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador and Guatemala.

Dr. Ken Moberg, Chair of the Board, Wausau, Wisconsin
![]() Ken is a veteran of the U.S. Army (101st Airborne Division), and a graduate of Wheaton College (BA 1977) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv 1985, DMin 1997). Ken is the founding pastor of Highland Community Church (EFCA) of Wausau, Wisconsin, where he served for 16 years before becoming Superintendent of the Forest Lakes District of the EFCA, a post he served for 9 years before returning to Highland as Executive Pastor. Ken is the author of Ask…Seek…Knock, a step-by-step guide for pastoral transitions. He has been married to his wife Tina for 35 years, and they have two grown daughters and three grandchildren. Ken and Tina enjoy sailing, gardening, reading, and playing with their grandkids.
