Our Leadership Team

This organization was incorporated in 1990 to meet the growing need for qualified intentional
interim pastors in evangelical churches. There are over 100 pastors involved
in our ministry, but the following give leadership to the work:

Executive Director: Dr. Arnold Conrad

Arnie served as a pastor in the Evangelical Free Church for 37 years.

He received a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Church Management

from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2004.

Associate Director: Rev. Carl Backie

Carl was a pastor in evangelical churches for 35 years. He
began serving with IPM in August 2002.
