Our Leadership Team

This organization was incorporated in 1990 to meet the growing need for qualified intentional
interim pastors in evangelical churches. There are over 100 pastors involved
in our ministry, but the following give leadership to the work:

Executive Director: Rev. Tom Harris

Rev. Tom Harris graduated from Washington Bible College (BA) in Lanham, MD, in 1977, and from
Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM) in 1983. Tom is serving presently in his ninth interim ministry and is
both passionate and experienced in church health and revitalization. Tom served as a trainer for interim pastors
for Titus Ministries and is a certified Natural Church Development (NCD) consultant. He is an international
associate trainer for John Maxwell's organization, EQUIP Inc.
